TAI CHI is a moving meditation, “movement for the soul”  and a gentle but expansive workout that cultivates health in all its aspects of body, mind, and spirit. This is a SLOW MOVING, POWERFUL, AEROBIC EXERCISE, commonly taught in the Western U.S. and challenging at all levels. TAI CHI-LIKE CHI GONG, is an integration of slow moving physical postures a moving meditation of breath, and intention. This is an easy, powerful exercise that covers major energy pathways in the body but does not change direction like Tai Chi. It is best for those who desire a simpler, quick technique and/or have some physical limitations. Like Tai Chi, Chi Gong circulates energy throughout the body, unblocks stagnant energy, and restores energy in the body’s system. It is invigorating, dynamic relaxation, a practice that can guide, prevent disease, and heal, helping you live consciously, more joyfully, and empowered. This Tai Chi-like Chi Gong, each sequence of movements a treasure, mirrors movements of the universe and the simplicity and power of nature. Elisa will lead you to that nature.
